This group is for individuals that can make wiki accounts for others.

To make a new account

  1. Go to Special:UserLogin/signup
  2. Enter their user name as "FirstLast" (no space)
  3. Click the checkbox for "Use a temporary random password and send it to the specified email address"
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Enter their real name as "First Last"
  6. Click the "Create another account" button
